1. Scope
This notice explains how information is handled when you visit or use Libebox AI Client Trust Passport, purchase a subscription, receive product delivery emails or contact support.
2. Information processed
- Builder information: answers entered into the current browser-based passport builder are designed to stay in your browser and may be stored in browser-local storage. They are not intentionally uploaded to Libebox by the builder.
- Purchase and subscription information: Paddle may collect your name, email address, billing details, transaction information, tax-related information and payment-method data needed to complete and administer a purchase. Libebox does not receive your complete payment-card details.
- Delivery information: the purchase email address, transaction reference, selected product or price and delivery status may be processed to provide access to the starter pack and membership materials.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process request data such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, route requested and limited diagnostic logs.
- Support information: information you send in an email or support request, including any transaction reference you choose to provide.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Information is processed as needed to provide the requested service and perform the purchase or subscription contract, operate checkout and delivery, authenticate requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, answer support requests and keep necessary transaction records. Where applicable, processing may also rely on legitimate interests in running and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where it is specifically requested. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the relevant basis.
4. Service providers
Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases and handles checkout, payment processing, billing, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, subscription administration and approved refunds under its own terms and privacy information.
Resend will process recipient and message-delivery information when transactional email delivery is configured. Hosting, security and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data to operate and protect the site. Providers may process information in more than one country subject to their own contractual and legal safeguards.
5. Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, support, security, dispute handling and required business or transaction records. Browser-local builder information remains on your device until you clear it, reset the tool or clear site data. Paddle and Resend apply their own retention periods to information they process. Retention may be extended where required to establish, exercise or defend a claim or meet a legal obligation.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with the service providers described above, professional advisers where necessary, or a competent authority where disclosure is legally required. Libebox does not state that it sells personal information.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on the rules that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to lawful limits and record-retention requirements.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to reduce unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment-card data or information you are not authorised to use into the passport builder.
9. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@libebox.com. Please describe the request and the email address associated with the service so it can be handled accurately.
